At SilkyTwist, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

• You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it.
• To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
• Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
